Holmdel 4, Manasquan 2…Gabriella Bair has now etched her name into the history books at Holmdel High School after netting a pair of goals and a pair of assists on Wednesday to become the program's all-time leading scoring and lead the Hornets to an A-Central victory over Manasqaun in Sea Girt.  Hannah Lee netted the other two goals, which along with Bair, helped Holmdel come from behind after trailing at halftime 2-1.  WIth the win the Hornets have now won improved their record to 3-1 and Manasquan dropped to 1-2-1.

Brick Memorial 0, Toms River North 0…The battle of the unbeatens did not disappoint those in attendance.  The two teams that have grown accustomed to close games against one another, put on another 0-0 draw in double overtime.  The goalkeeping duo of freshman Hailey Dietz and junior Gianna Occhiogrosso for Brick Memorial each came up with game saving saves.  Dietz stopped a point blank shot off a corner kick in the first half and Occhiogrosso came up with a diving save with just under fiver minute to go in the second half.  The Mustangs improved to 2-0-2 and the Mariners to 3-0-1.

Red Bank Catholic 1, Colts Neck 1…The Caseys have been snake bit early this young season with two losses to Ocean and Toms River North, but have never wavered from their belief in each other.  On Wednesday with the Caseys trailing 1-0 to top ranked Colts Neck with six minutes remaining, Alexis Borrino scored on an assist from Emily Holtz. Colts Neck got on the board in the first half with a goal from Bridgette King.  Colts Neck remains unbeaten at 3-0-1 while Red Bank Catholic improved to 1-2-2.

Howell 2, Freehold Boro 1…Howell received goals from Rebecca Hamilton and Angela Sulfaro to top A-North rival Freehold Boro.  Borough goal was scored by Ashley Latona.  With the win the Rebels improved to 1-1 while Freehold Boro dropped to 1-1.

Trinity Hall 5, Keyport 0…Trinity Hall got the schools first ever varsity soccer win on Wednesday with a 5-0 shutout of Keyport.  Katie Valsamedis and Erica O'Kelly each scored a pair of goals and Alexa Alverio scored the other.  Brianne Dwyer also picked up her first career shutout and win.  Trinity Hall improves to 1-2 while Keyport drops to 2-1.

Jackson Memorial 4, Brick Township 2…Jackson Memorial picks up its first win of the season with a 4-2 win over A-South foe Brick Township.  The Jaguars jumped on the Dragons early scoring 3 goals in the first half and held off a late rally from Brick to improve to 1-2 and Brick drops to 0-2.  Scoring for Jackson were Allison Wanzor with two goals, Emily Jacoby and Caitlyn Fogarty, while Brianne Borowicki and Maya Font scored for Brick.

Toms River South 4, Southern 0…The Indians from Toms River South have won back-to-back games after opening with a loss to Freehold Township.  Since their opening day 2-0 loss, Toms River South has found their scoring touch beating Brick 2-1 and winning Wednesday 4-0 over Southern in A-South action.   Toms River South improved to 2-1 and Southern drops to 2-2.

Neptune 2, Long Branch 1…The Scarlet Fliers improved to 2-2-1 with a B-North win over Long Branch Wednesday while Long Branch fell to 0-2.  Neptune's Monica Seidle scored both goals while Camryn Blanda scored for Long Branch.

Raritan 2, Matawan 0…Raritan scored a pair of first half goals from Olivia Hutnick and Jenna Yascur to lead the Rockets to a B-North win over Matawan.  With the win Raritan improves to 2-1-1 and Matawan drops to 0-4.
