Football: St. John Vianney’s Justin Gille Commits to Lehigh
St. John Vianney senior two-way lineman Justin Gille announced on Sunday that he has verbally committed to Lehigh.
Gille, a 6-foot-4, 245-pound senior and a three-year starter for the Lancers, also had offers from Buffalo, Old Dominion and Monmouth University. He becomes the 16th senior so far from the Shore Conference Class of 2014 to make a verbal commitment to a FCS or FBS program.
He also is the ninth lineman from this year's senior class in the Shore to commit to a Division I program. He also joins Red Bank Catholic lineman Tim O'Hara among the incoming class at Lehigh. Projected as a defensive end, Gille led the Lancers in sacks in each of the past two seasons.
