Every week this wrestling season, Shore Conference fans will have the chance to vote for the Elite Sports Physical Therapy Wrestler of the Week on our website and decide which local standout should earn the weekly honor.

The winner of the Week 3 poll is Jackson Memorial senior 190-pounder Mike Rauch, who moved to 7-1 on the season, including a key victory that propelled the Jaguars to a win over Lacey in a top-10 showdown.

In Jackson's 35-32 win over Lacey, Rauch had an important victory when he won 8-7 over Lacey's James Circle at 190 pounds. Rauch is a two-time region qualifier, including a sixth-place finish in Region 6 as a sophomore at 152 pounds. Circle was a region qualifier last season at 170 pounds.

Jackson was ranked No. 9 prior to the win over No. 7 Lacey. The Jaguars have since moved up to No. 7 in the Shore Sports Network Top 10. They have another top-10 matchup on Saturday when they head to No. 9 Raritan as part of a quad.

Rauch had 38.56 percent of the votes to win the poll with St. Rose's Robert Connelley second and Southern's Conor Collins third.
