Eddie Hahn’s Big Game Leads No. 8 Red Bank Catholic Past Manalapan

Senior quarterback Eddie Hahn threw for 260 yards and two touchdowns and ran for 65 yards to lead the Caseys (6-1) to a bounce-back victory over the Braves (4-3).

Hahn’s 26-yard touchdown pass to junior wide receiver Max Hazard late in the first half gave the Caseys a 19-14 halftime lead, and they never looked back on their way to scoring the game’s final 20 points after trailing 14-13. RBC stretched its lead to 27-14 on a 58-yard touchdown run by Mike Wilen, and Hahn tossed the two-point conversion pass to senior running back Joey Hagan.

Senior running back Dylan Murphy had a two-yard touchdown run in the first quarter and nine-yard scoring run in the fourth quarter to give him 10 on the season. Hazard also caught an eight-yard touchdown pass from Hahn in the second quarter.

Senior running back Marcus Salinas ran for a 16-yard touchdown and sophomore quarterback Luke Corcione threw a touchdown to junior wide receiver L’jeron Holder for Manalapan.
