Cheerleaders To Make Gridiron Classic Debut
Not only will some 100 football players represent their high schools for the final time in this year’s Shore Sports Network All-Shore Gridiron Classic, the 41st edition will include a first -- an All-Star lineup of cheerleaders. Thirty-two recently graduated seniors will be participating in the July 12th Monmouth-Ocean game at Brick Memorial High School, having been chosen by their respective high school coaches as leaders of their squads.
The Ocean County team is made up of 20 girls from eleven schools and will operate under the direction of Manchester Township head coach Christine Wolfman, who is also the cheerleading chairman for the All-Shore Gridiron Classic.The first-ever OC Gridiron Classic consists of:

The Monmouth County team consists of 10 girls from six different schools and will be coached by Jayne Shalkowski, the head cheerleading coach at Saint John Vianney. Their first-ever All-Star team is:
