Class A Central

Holmdel 2, Rumson-Fair Haven 0

Leo Nobrega scored two goals and the Hornets (6-4-1, 5-4-1) qualified for the Shore Conference Tournament by beating the Bulldogs (5-8, 4-6) and snapping a three-game skid.

Shore 2, St. John Vianney 1

Dante Montesinos scored a goal in each half and the Blue Devils (6-3-4, 5-2-3) pulled out a win over the Lancers (2-10, 1-10) to remain in the running for the Class A Central title. Montesinos scored the winning goal in the 63rd minute on a pass from Mikey Barreca.

Lucas Aquino opened the scoring for Vianney with a goal in the 14th minute.

 

Class B North

No. 9 Wall 4, Red Bank Catholic 0

Jeremy Thompson scored two goals to help the Crimson Knights (9-4-3, 8-2-2) beat the Caseys (1-13, 0-12) and remain in the hunt for the B North title. Lorenzo Ramos and Riley Powers also added a goal apiece.

Middletown North 7, Monmouth 0

Justin McKenna recorded a hat trick and Jordan Stratton scored two goals to lead the Lions (8-3-1, 8-3-0) to a rout of the Falcons (3-12, 2-10). John Dinnocenzo and Ryan Mara each added a goal late in the second half to round out the scoring.

 

Class B Central

St. Rose 5, Mater Dei 2

Brendan Hueth and Patrick gates each scored two goals and the Purple Roses (9-4, 7-3) handled the Seraphs (1-10, 1-8). Jack Cusack scored the other St. Rose goal.

 

Class B South

Point Boro 3, Donovan Catholic 0

Lacey 3, Barnegat 1

Kevin Miller, Kip Byrne and Youngjin Kim each scored a goal to lead the Lions (6-7, 6-5) to a win over the Bengals (4-10, 3-9) to remain in the running for a spot in the Shore Conference Tournament.
