Ryan Cavanaugh scored off a corner kick in the 72nd minute and Matt Weisburg scored his second goal of the game on a penalty kick with three minutes left as the Huskies rallied from deficits of 1-0 and 2-1 to top the Warriors. Justin Summer also scored a goal for the Huskies.

Freshman Tommy Johnson scored both Manasquan goals, the first on an assist from Chris Capone and the other on a feed from Matt Drake.

Colts Neck 1, Red Bank 0

Paul Tepedino scored the lone goal of the game and the Cougars edged the Bucs on the road for a non-divisional win.

Freehold Boro 5, No. 4 Ocean 1

Issac Ball scored two of Freehold's five goals in the first half and the Colonials routed the Spartans for a non-divisional statement win.

Abel Herrera opened the scoring in the fifth minute before Santieno Harding pulled Ocean even in the seventh. Ball then scored the first of his two goals off a pass from Herrera and the first of four unanswered for Ocean before halftime.

Cameron Eslager scored off a Jake Brower pass in the 22nd and Enrique Mendez assisted goals by Ball and Andrew Greitz before the intermission.

No. 3 Freehold Twp. 3, Wall 0

Kevin Finn scored a pair of first-half goals and Josh Cagan added two assists to lead the Patriots past the Crimson Knights. Finn scored off a Cagan cross in the eighth minute and converted a shot off a set-up from Matt Finocchiaro in the 17th.

Evan Savino capped the scoring in the 45th off the second assist of the game by Cagan.

No. 6 Long Branch 4, Shore 0

Venancio Fernandes scored two goals for the second straight game and Juan Carlos Merino added a goal and two assists - both on the goals by Fernandes - to lead the Green Wave past the Blue Devils. Renan Azevedo capped the scoring with his sixth goal of the season.

Middletown North 2, No. 7 Manalapan 1 (OT)

Kevin McCarthy scored the golden goal off a free kick service by Ryan Binn six minutes into overtime and the Lions bounced back from a loss to Long Branch on Thursday by upending the Braves on the road.

Liam McGregor tied the game off a pass from Pat Gallagher in the 66th minute, McGregor's fifth goal of the season.

Sophomore Lucas Moreira scored his first varsity goal in the 54th minute off a pass from Mike Schimbeno.

Middletown South 1, Marlboro 0

Brendan Magner scored off a set-up by Matt Glynn early in the second half and the Eagles edged the Mustangs in non-divisional play. Marlboro played the final 20 minutes with 10 men after Brandon Grine drew his second yellow card of the game.

Red Bank Catholic 3, St. John Vianney 2

Alex Nichols, Blaise Tamburi and Jack Passarella each scored a goal and Christian Simoes added two assists as the Caseys pulled out their first win of the season by edging the Lancers.

Raritan 3, Monmouth 2

Nick Bavarro, Jake Fortune and Connor Smith scored in the first 45 minutes to build a 3-0 Raritan lead and the Rockets held off a comeback by the Falcons. Smith also assisted Bavarro's goal in the third minute and Ryan Goggins set up Smith's goal with a cross into the box in the 45th. Fortune scored on a 25-yard free kick in the 37th.

Joel Burgos got Monmouth on the board with a penalty kick in the 50th for his 13th goal, followed by a breakaway finish by Brian Waltsak that pulled the Falcons to within 3-2.

Rumson-Fair Haven 5, St. Rose 1

Owen Greengrove and George Sellig each scored two goals and Anthony Paolantonio added another as the Bulldogs rolled to a win over the Purple Roses.

 

Non-Conference

St. Benedict’s 4, No. 5 CBA 2

Sebastiona Chalbaud scored on a header with 43 seconds left to break a 2-2 tie and deny the Colts a big non-conference win over the nationally-ranked Gray Bees. Celio Pompeu added a his second goal of the game with seven seconds left to put the game on ice.

Charlie Daly scored both CBA goals, the first on a throw-in by Luke Pascarella in the sixth minute to give CBA a 1-0 lead and the second in the 66th to tie the game at 2-2. With under 15 minutes to play, Dom Bellomo served a free kick into the box and Connor Anderko flicked a header to the far post, where Daly camped out and finished for his fifth goal of the season.

St. Benedict's scored twice within a two minute span to grab a 2-1 lead by the ninth minute.
