Non-Division

Point Boro 2, Asbury Park 1

Senior Troy Schnappauf scored two second-half goals and the Panthers (4-7-1) rallied to beat the Blue Bishops (5-7). Schappauf tied the game in the 58th off a pass from sophomore Jeff Thompson and propelled Point Boro into the lead in the 75th after freshman Brett Lechinski set him up.

Chefeston Simeus gave Asbury Park the game's first lead with a goal in the 26th minute.

Lacey 0, Brick Memorial 0

Lacey (4-4-3) failed to convert a pair of overtime penalty kicks and the Mustangs (3-4-1) escaped with a draw to stay within one win of clinching a spot in the Shore Conference Tournament.

On the second of the two overtime penalty kicks, Brick Memorial's Austin Warner had to move from the field to the goal and he saved the attempt.

The Lions can still secure an SCT berth by defeating Jackson Liberty on Wednesday.

Non-Conference

St. Benedict’s 2, No. 5 CBA 1

The Gray Bees - the No. 1 team in the latest USA Today National Top 25 - scored twice during the 77th minute to avoid an upset at the hands of the Colts (5-3-1).

Junior Zemi Rodriguez scored the equalizer with 3:32 left in the second half and sophomore Peter Yaro scored 31 seconds later to push St. Benedict's (9-0-1) in front for the first time in the game.

CBA grabbed the lead in the 45th minute on a 25-yard strike by senior Luke Pascarella. St. Benedict's sophomore goalkeeper Jayden Hibbert collided with his own player on the play to open up the goal for Pascarella. Both players remained on the field for nearly 30 minutes and were taken away by ambulance with head injuries.
