CLASS A NORTH

Colts Neck 12, Middletown North 7

Anastagio Muscara scored a hat trick and Brandon Cifone made 14 saves to lead the Cougars (4-6) to a victory over the Lions (5-6).

Nick Giantasio had two goals and one assist, Nick Lago scored twice and Dan SanFillippo tallied one goal and two assists. Zack Alagna added a goal and an assist and Tristan McMerty, Jamie Wagar and Mike Deissler had one goal each.

Pete Abbes notched two goals and two assists and Brayden Gazzette also scored twice to lead Middletown North. Quinn Aker added one goal and two assists, Evan Fuertes had one goal and one assist and Joe Blackwood scored once.

 

CLASS B SOUTH

St. Rose 12, Jackson Liberty 11 (OT)

Sophomore attackman Nolan Boehmcke scored the game-winning goal two minutes into overtime to lift the Purple Roses (4-8) to a comeback victory over the Lions (3-8).

Senior attackman Shane Reilly had a game-high six goals and one assist and senior midfielder Mike Kinsel added four goals and two assists while going 11-for-16 on face-offs with 22 ground balls to power St. Rose. Logan LeMoult had two assists and Brendan Perry made seven saves.

Joe Granza, Nick Labianca, Max Matthies and Brendan Sheerin each scored twice for Jackson Liberty. Tom Ferullo added one goal and three assists, Jake Bosco scored once and Sean Reid made 11 saves.

No. 9 Howell 11, Toms River South 3

St. Peter's Prep 14, No. 5 Wall 10

Mike McIntyre tallied four goals and two assists and Tim O'Hern had two goals and two assists for the Crimson Knights (10-3) in their loss to the Marauders (8-2). Connor Prindiville scored twice, Kyle Peters had one goal and two assists and Jack Textor had two assists.

 

Wardlaw-Hartridge 9, Long Branch 2

Isaiah Gonzalez scored once and Keith Dement made nine saves for Long Branch.

 

Cranford 13, Mater Dei 2

Chris Napoli and Gavin Toth each scored once for the Seraphs.
