Junior Zach Emery led three Howell players in double-figure scoring with 12 points and added four steals as the Rebels (2-0) rolled to another win over the Piners (0-2). Juniors Dylan McVeigh and Joe Dupuis each put up 10 points, with McVeigh swiping three steals as well.

Freshman Zahmir Anderson led Lakewood with eight points.

Asbury Park 49, Keansburg 41 - Watch Live

Senior Najier Massie scored 17 points and handed out three assists to lead the Blue Bishops (2-0) over the Titans (0-2), completing a sweep for the week.

Junior Lydell Brown added nine points and sophomore Jai'Sun Brown grabbed 10 rebounds to go with his four points.

Senior Davon Jackson led Keansburg with a game-high 21 points.

Southern 54, Toms River North 44 - Watch Live

Senior Luke Infurna scored 15 points, grabbed eight rebounds and handed out two assists to lead the Rams (1-1) to a win over the Mariners (1-1) - the first time Toms River North has lost to an opponent from the traditional Class A South division since Southern beat the Mariners in Feb. 2015.

Junior Jaden Anthony added 10 points, including a pair of three-pointers to end the third quarter that turned a one-point lead into a 39-32 Southern advantage.

Senior Jake Barbieri pitched in nine points, five rebounds and three steals while classmate Jay Silva put up eight points and six boards for Southern.

Senior Jake Kazanowsky scored 10 points to lead Toms River North, which lost senior Ethan Paul for the game due to an injury during the first quarter, according to coach Rory Caswell.

Toms River South 65, Donovan Catholic 58 - Watch Live

Junior Gavin Migliori scored 20 points to lead four Toms River South players with at least nine points as the Indians (1-1) beat the Griffins (1-1) to give coach Vinnie Arminio his first career win.

Migliori scored 11 points in the fourth quarter, during which Toms River South outscored Donovan Catholic, 24-14, in the final eight minutes.

Senior Neil Kwicinski scored 10 of his 13 points in the first half, senior John Huber added 10 points and seven rebounds and senior Gerry Ferrigno hauled in 17 rebounds to go with nine points.

Junior Amari Ayala-Petty matched Migliori with 20 points to lead Donovan Catholic, including 13 in the second half. Junior Brian Farrell scored 10 of his 13 points in the first half, senior Trevor Pruitt scored nine of his 11 in the second half, and sophomore Peter Farlekas added 10 in the loss.

Senior Jake Dombrowski scored 10 of his game-high 16 points in the third quarter and added three assists as the Mustangs(2-0) ran away from the Jaguars (0-2) to open the season with a two-game sweep of their rivals.

Junior Luke Braaten followed up a 24-point opening-night performance on Tuesday with 13 points and 10 rebounds on Thursday.

Junior Steven Bado led Jackson Memorial with 12 points.

Manchester 81, Jackson Liberty 41 - Watch Live

Junior Savon Myers scored 28 points while grabbing 10 rebounds to lead the Hawks (2-0) to another rout of the Lions (0-2).

Junior Wyatt Haselbauer also posted a double-double with 11 points and 12 rebounds for Manchester.

Barnegat 57, Pinelands 35 - Watch Live

Senior Tyler Quinn scored a game-high 14 points and the Bengals (2-0) coasted to a win over the Wildcats (0-2) two nights after Quinn's last-second three beat Pinelands in overtime on opening night.

Senior Laurence Davis poured in 12 points, senior Jaxon Baker added 11 and senior Logan Armstrong scored nine for Barnegat.

Junior Rian O'Rourke led Pinelands with 11 points.

Senior Ryan Neely scored 18 points and junior Tyler Ochojski flirted with a triple-double to lead the Colonials (2-0) over the Rockets (1-1) on the road.

Ochojski finished with 13 points, 18 rebounds and seven assists, while senior Jiasion Carpenter also put up 13 points, 12 rebounds and three blocks. Neely added five rebounds and a pair of assists as well.

Sophomore Jack O'Leary led Raritan with 13 points and junior Justin Rivera poured in 12 in the loss.

Keyport 60, Ocean 31 - Watch Live

Junior D.J. Thomson scored a game-high 23 points and the Red Raiders (1-0) rolled through the Spartans (0-2) in their first game of the season.

Senior Damon Jones chipped in 14 points and junior George Mitchell netted 11 for Keyport.

Senior Evan Peters scored 11 points and senior Matt Shaw chipped in 10 to lead Ocean.
