(10) Neptune 52, (15) Point Beach 35

Sophomore Barry Brown led a balanced scoring effort with 13 points and the Scarlet Fliers (15-9)  blew by the Garnet Gulls (16-8) to advance to the SCT semifinals for the first time since winning the tournament in 2012.

Senior Micah Kerr chipped in 11 points, 13 rebounds and three steals, while senior Kerry Kirkwood had 12 points and three steals. Senior Sean McMillan also added six points, five rebounds and three steals off the bench.

Neptune forced Point Beach into 19 turnovers and 12-for-34 (35 percent) shooting in the game. Jesse Hill led the Garnet Gulls with 11 points, six rebounds and five blocks, while Jimmy Panzini added 10 points and six rebounds in defeat.

Neptune will play No. 11 Rumson-Fair Haven at 7:45 p.m. in Wednesday's semifinals at Brookdale.

(11) Rumson-Fair Haven 54, (3) Freehold Township 43

Junior guard Brendan Barry scored 14 of his game-high 19 points as the Bulldogs (20-4) advanced to the SCT semifinals for the first time since reaching the championship game in 2011 by beating the Patriots (17-6) while also becoming the first 20-win team from the Shore this season.

Rumson advances to face 10th-seeded Neptune at 7:45 p.m. on Wednesday in the semifinals.

Morgan Maguire added 12 points and Alex Geiger poured in 10 for Rumson, while freshman Elijah McCallister came off the bench to grab eigh rebounds and block five shots. Thomas Famulary also scored nine points in the win.

Tyree Wilson led Freehold Township with 12 points and nine rebounds, while Dan Saunders poured in 10 in the loss.

(1) CBA 61, (8) Manasquan 50

Junior forward Pat Andree poured in a game-high 22 points, senior Jack Laffey added 19 and senior point guard Shaun Belbey had 11 as the Colts (19-4) beat the Warriors (18-5) to advance to the SCT semifinals for the second straight year.

CBA will play No. 4 Toms River North on Wednesday at Brookdale.

Laffey went 8-for-8 from the free-throw line and scored 10 points in the fourth quarter to help CBA close out the game.

Jack Sheehan led Manasquan with 15 points and Aidan McMenaman added 11 points for the Warriors.

(4) Toms River North 68, (5) Wall 56

Jordan Craig scored 20 points to go with 12 rebounds and the Mariners (19-4) pulled away to beat the Crimson Knights (17-6) and advance to the SCT semifinals for the second time in three years. Evan Martin added 14 points and Toms River North put the game away with a 13-0 run during the fourth quarter.

Hunter Petrick added nine points off the bench and Pat Marinaccio pitched in eight points and nine rebounds. Toms River North will play top-seeded CBA in the semifinal on Wednesday at Brookdale.

Joe Tashjy and Ryan Janeczek each led Wall with 15 points, while Trent Mitchell chipped in 14.
