Senior Josmere Taylor scored a game-high 34 points, but the Blue Bishops (1-10) dropped their 10th straight game by losing to the Jaguars (7-5).

Bloomfield 42, No. 8 Neptune 30

Junior Jared Kimbrough scored 13 points and grabbed 18 rebounds but the Scarlet Fliers (8-4) hit a wall against the Bengals (12-1) and saw their seven-game winning streak come to an end. Sophomore Dwaine Jones added 10 points, but the rest of the team combined to score only seven points.

Long Branch 66, Al-Ghazaly 41

Junior Tyree Morris scored a game-high 16 points and the Green Wave (6-4) topped Al-Ghazaly out of Teaneck. Junior Kaymar Mimes also added 12 points for Long Branch.

Matawan 73, Nutley 72 (2OT)

Junior Reggie Tawiah turned in career performance with 27 points, 11 rebounds, six assists and three steals and the Huskies (6-6) beat the Raiders (5-6) for their fourth straight win.

Senior Patrick Hennessy added 20 points on five three-pointers while junior Mike Dunne put up 10 points and eight rebounds. Freshman John Buekers also pitched in nine points and seven rebounds.
