Senior John Beattie scored 17 points and the Purple Roses (1-1) stormed out to a 17-0 lead after one quarter on the way to a one-sided win over the Garnet Gulls (1-1). Junior Tom Turnbach added 11 points for St. Rose.

Junior Najer Massie scored a game-high 21 points but it was not enough for the Blue Bishops (0-2) to keep up with the Indians (2-1).

(4) Howell 58, (5) Jackson Liberty 35

Senior Chris Acampora scored 19 points behind five three-pointers and handed out five assists to lead the Rebels (1-1) past the Lions (0-2) and into the Score at the Shore semifinals against top-seeded Lenape.

Sophomore Abdull Al-Shrouf pitched in 15 points and seven assists while senior Cooper Vogel added 12 points for Howell.

Junior Jay Silva scored a game-high 21 points and the Rams (3-0) handled the Cougars (0-2) to advance to the semifinals of the Score at the Shore Tournament and improve to 3-0. Senior Will Devane added nine points for Southern while junior Steve Ciccarone led Colts Neck with 10.

Sophomore D.J. Thomson scored a game-high 21 points and senior Chris Johnson added 18 as the Red Raiders (2-0) rolled to a win over Piscataway Tech (0-2) to advance to the tournament championship on Friday against host Roselle Park.
