Junior Jon Giordano started off a six-run second inning with a two-run home run over the left-field fence at Ken Frank Stadium and the Mariners jumped on the Raiders earl en route to winning their third consecutive Ocean County Tournament championship and sixth overall.

Jared Bellissimo blasted an RBI double to deep center in the rally, finished 3-for-3 for the day and was named the tournament's Most Valuable Player.

The Titans scored five of their six runs with two out, including back-to-back RBI singles in the second by Liam Meyer and Joe Osterbye, and pulled off the upset by beating the division rival Purple Roses.

Keansburg jumped on top by scoring two runs on a two-out error in the first before stretching the lead to 4-0 on the consecutive singles. Liam Riecks and Thomas McKeon each added an RBI single to pad the lead.

St. Rose cut the deficit in half on a two-run double by Brody Maypother and pulled within 4-3 on an RBI single by starting pitcher Sam Sestito.
