Season Series
Jackson Memorial 4, Central 3: Zach Crotchfelt outdueled Cam Leiter, with Crotchfelt also hitting a solo home run off the Central ace. Crotchfelt struck out 13 but walked six in six innings, while Leiter allowed one earned run on three hits and three walks with eight strikeouts.
Central 5, Jackson Memorial 4 (8 Innings): Central rallied from a 4-0 deficit to tie the game in the top of the seventh and win it in the eighth, with senior Billy Sottilaire driving in both the tying and winning runs. Zach McCabe took the no-decision for Jackson Memorial, with Dan Ashton winning in relief of Golden Eagles starter Tyler Bell.
Jackson Memorial 8, Central 3 (SCT): In the Shore Conference Tournament quarterfinal round, Jackson Memorial jumped on Leiter for four runs in the second inning on a grand slam by Tommy Kendrick and handed him a loss for the second time in the 2022 season. Anthony Mehmet worked five innings to pick up the win for the Jaguars.
