The NJSIAA has released its updated power point rankings based on results received on matches wrestled through Jan. 24.

The power points formula (on page five of the regular season section) is used to determine the qualifying teams for the NJSIAA Team Tournament.

The top six teams in each section qualify for the NJSIAA Team Tournament, which begins with the sectional quarterfinals on Monday Feb. 8. There are currently 21 Shore Conference teams that are ranked in the top six in their respective sections.

Teams ranked either No. 1 or No. 2 in their sections are: Shore in Central Jersey Group I, Raritan in Central Jersey Group II, Ocean in Central Jersey Group III,  Long Branch in Central Jersey Group IV, Howell in Central Jersey Group V, Wall in South Jersey Group III, Southern in South Jersey Group V and Christian Brothers Academy in South Jersey Non-Public A.
