Nick Bohal defeated Derrick Wiley 7-4 at 160 pounds in the top bout of the match, and the Rockets (5-0, 2-0) continued their divisional dominance by taking 13 of 14 bouts against the Huskies (1-1, 1-1).

Gianni Bennett defeated Matt McGowan 6-4 in overtime at 132 pounds to start the match and spark the Rams (3-1, 2-0) to a key victory over the rival Jaguars (5-1, 2-1). Bennett's victory started a three-bout winning streak, and Southern won five of the first six bouts en route to taking 10 bouts overall.

Teddy Caprino at 145 and Seon Bowker at 160 each won by major decision, and Peyton Blauvelt's victory at 170 pounds pushed the Rams' lead to 17-3. Jackson won three of the next four bouts to close the gap to 20-13, but Owen Kretschmer's 4-1 decision over Carsten DiGiantomasso at 106 pounds started a four-bout winning streak to close the match.

Matt Barnett picked up a 2-0 win in overtime over Mike Spino at 126 pounds in the final bout. Spino was third in District 21 at 113 pounds last season.

Tim Hamann edged Pat Mooney 3-2 in triple overtime in a marquee bout at 152 pounds.

Senior Brett Donner won by fall in seven seconds at 182 pounds to secure his 100th career victory as the Crimson Knights (5-0) won 11 of 14 bouts against the Warriors (0-4).

Donner is the seventh Wall wrestler to reach 100 career wins. Nick Roy is the program's all-time wins leader with 124.
