Townsquare Media Honors Ray Malaspina – July 2015 Employee of the Month
Townsquare Media honors our July 2015 Employee of the Month, Continuity Director Ray Malaspina.
Ray began his time at Townsquare Media a member of the promotions department, quickly adding production duties to his resume. He spent time as a morning show producer, on-air talent and sports producer.
He has settled into his role as continuity director for Townsquare Media Jersey Shore, and streamlined the entire continuity system to perform with ease and reliability in the short time that he has performed in the position. His work is seamless, coordinating sales, traffic, creative, and production to work synergistically.
In addition to his regular duties, Ray is also a tremendous utility player who demonstrates team play with his actions, finding a way to get tasks accomplished and problems fixed.
Ray accepted his Employee of the Month Award at a luncheon held in his honor at our Toms River office. He was presented his award by Market President Don Dalesio.
