Welcome to the latest edition of the Shore Sports Network’s top plays, highlighting the most dazzling and exciting moments from Shore Conference football action.

This week we take a look at the top clips from Week Two. Every week, if you have a great clip on YouTube, Vimeo or some other service where it can be embedded, feel free to email me a link at stump@allshoremedia.com or tweet it to me at @Scott_Stump.

Here we go.

10. Monteiro Moon Shot

Shore Regional senior Jake Monteiro is now also the team's punter in addition to being a standout kicker. Yes, I know punts aren't usually highlight-worthy, but he bombs this one 66 yards, almost all the way in the air, in a 10-0 win over Spotswood. Watch it here.

9. The Bickford Files

This run through traffic for a touchdown by Central sophomore Mike Bickford turned out to be the game-winner in the Golden Eagles' 21-15 takedown of Barnegat.

8. Play the Hits.

Neptune didn't have a whole lot to savor in its 41-0 loss to Middletown South, but Isaiah Calhoun had a nice stick on this play.

Toms River North suffered a loss of its own, but linebacker Tyler MacLaine had this blast for a sack against Brick Memorial.

7. Ser-spin-io.

Watch the spin move by Middletown South defensive lineman Dan Servidio on his way to the sack in the win over Neptune.

6. Action Haskins

Check out the laser from St. John Vianney quarterback Anthony Brown to wideout Khalil Haskins for a touchdown in the Lancers' win over Holmdel.

5. Purple Reign

It was a smashing debut for new Rumson-Fair Haven sophomore quarterback Mike O'Connor, as he puts the brakes on here and cuts it all the way back across the field for a touchdown against Matawan.

4. Mariner Missile.

This was a big-time clutch catch over the middle for a game-tying touchdown with 51 seconds remaining in regulation by Toms River North tight end Jordan Craig from quarterback Mike Husni.

3. Mat-ty Ice! Mat-ty Ice!

Shortly after Craig's TD catch, Brick Memorial junior Matt Cuppari nailed a 40-yard field goal with 5.2 seconds remaining to beat Toms River North.

2. Panther on the loose.

Point Boro's Devin Connelly breaks through half of Donovan Catholic's defense for a great touchdown run in the win over the Griffins.

1. Buc Deck

Red Bank Regional junior defensive back Matt Reardon absolutely detonates a Colts Neck receiver to cause a fumble on a fake punt by the Cougars in Red Bank's win. I also threw in Sadiq Palmer's 80-yard touchdown grab from Jack Navitsky from the Bucs' win.
