Senior Joey Fields had a pair of touchdown runs, including a 60-yarder on the first play from scrimmage in the game, as the Griffins (1-1, 1-0) picked up their first win by upending the Piners (1-1, 0-1) in the the Sonny’s Recycling Shore Sports Network High School Football Game of the Week. Listen to the game audio.Kyle Schremmer added an interception return for a touchdown, and sophomore halfback David Calderon scored on a 20-yard touchdown run in the win.

Sophomore Amir Tyler had a 9-yard touchdown run in the loss for Lakewood.
