Shena Vega scored 21 points - including 14 in the second half - and the Jaguars dug out of an early hole to beat the Mariners. Daria Jones hit three 3-pointers and finished with 10 points for the Jaguars.

Senior Nicole Gardner led Toms River North with 10 points.

(3) Wall 54, (14) Jackson Liberty 20

Senior Ellen Dougherty scored all 16 of her points in the first half and the Crimson Knights stormed out to a 24-4 first-quarter lead en route to a win over the Lions. Wall will take on Jackson Memorial in Friday's quarterfinal.

(10) Toms River East 50, (7) Shore 41

Junior Amanda Kennedy scored 19 points and sophomore Kaitlin Lister added 16 to help the Raiders top the Blue Devils to advance to the quarterfinals Friday. Kennedy scored 15 points over the second and third quarters.

Sophomore Erika Ruscil led Shore with 14 points.

(2) Manasquan 45,  (15) Ocean 24

Sam Sullivan scored 15 points and the Warriors topped the Spartans to advance to a quarterfinal game against No. 10 Toms River East.

At Pine Belt Arena

(5) Monsignor Donovan 51, (12) Brick Memorial 30

Senior Dana Carbone scored a game-high 18 points to go with 11 rebounds and junior Chelsea Crowe added 13 to help the Griffins beat the Mustangs and advance to the quarterfinals.

Nicole Byrne led Brick Memorial with 12 points.

(4) Freehold Township 63, (13) Manchester 29

Freshman Haillee Porrcelli led a balanced scoring attack with 13 points and the Patriots handled the Hawks to advance to the quarterfinals. Junior Tori Wagner and sophomore Harlie Kneler each added 11 points and junior Sam Famulare poured in 10.

Freehold Township put the game away in the second quarter with a 21-1 run to take a 31-8 halftime lead. The Patriots will play No. 5 Monsignor Donovan Friday in the quarterfinals.

(9) Toms River South 53, (8) Point Boro 48

Senior Mackenzie Pepper scored a team-high 16 points and found sophomore Andrea Eckolt for the go-ahead score with a little more than two minutes left as the Indians rallied to beat the defending tournament champion Panthers. Toms River South trailed 17-8 after the first quarter and 28-21 at halftime.

Eckholt finished with eight points and senior Victoria Alvarez added 11 in the win. Point Boro junior Lindsey Havens scored a game-high 22 points on five 3-pointers before fouling out with 2:05 to play and her team trailing 49-48. Senior guard Jamie Pike also scored 12 for Point Boro.

(1) Red Bank Catholic 53, (16) Barnegat 7

Tia Montague and Cameron Lynch scored eight points each and the Caseys rolled to an easy win over the Bengals. RBC will play No. 9 Toms River South in Friday's quarterfinals.
