A North

Hannah Orloff, Freehold Twp.

Orloff, a 6-2 sophomore center, has been a double-double machine (17.6 ppg., 14.5 rpg.) for the Patriots (4-2) and punctuated 2018 by dropping a career-high 28 in a 72-53 victory over Middletown North in the consolation round of the Blue Devil Tournament. She grabbed 19 rebounds to go with 12 points in a 44-39 double-overtime loss to Shore in the semifinals.

Jessica O’Brien, Howell

The 5-7 senior guard (13.1 ppg.) was named MVP of the Blue Devil Tournament. Along with senior guard Alexis Post and sophomore swings Caitlin Gresko and Mackenzie Bruno, O’Brien helped the Rebels to a 3-0 showing, striking for 23 points in an opening-round win against Northern Burlington. She scored at a 14.6 clip as Howell ran its win streak to four.

A Central

Faith Masonius, Manasquan

Based on her consistent output, the 6-1 senior guard (22.4 ppg., 12.2 rpg., 3.4 apg., 3.2 spg.) is in mid-season form. She backed 19 points and 10 rebounds in a 47-43 loss to McDonogh (Md.) with 16 points, 17 rebounds, four assists and four steals in a 66-35 victory against Camden Catholic at the Boardwalk Classic in Wildwood.

Justine Pissott, Red Bank Catholic

In three games at the Mount St. Dominic Holiday Festival, the 6-2 freshman guard stung opponents for 16.3 points a contest, including a season-best 22 during a win over the host.

Grace Munt, Rumson-Fair Haven

The 5-11 sophomore guard is averaging 10.8 points, 5.7 rebounds, 3.3 assists, 1.7 blocks and 1.5 steals per outing for the Bulldogs. She posted her first double-double of the season with 16 point and 10 boards in a 53-45 win over Gill St. Bernard’s at the Lancer Joust.

Brynn Farrell, St. Rose

The 5-11 junior swing has had an immediate impact for the Purple Roses, depositing 23.8 points a game. She collected 23 points, seven rebounds, four assists and two steals in a win over the Patrick School and backed that with 24 points and three boards during a triumph against Gill St. Bernard’s at the Lancer Joust.

Madison LaRosa, Shore

The gritty 5-4 sophomore (14.0 ppg.) scored at an 18.0 clip over three games to help host Shore reach the championship game of the Blue Devil Tournament. She pumped in a season-high 24 in a semifinal decision over Freehold Twp.

A South

Jacqueline Ward, Southern

The senior guard went for 19.3 points per game during three contests at the Score at the Shore tournament, helping the host Rams to a respectable 2-1 showing that included an impressive rebound win over Middle Twp. after a 49-43 setback to state power Lenape.

Jenna Paul, Toms River North

The 5-10 forward was a consistent producer in the paint for the Mariners during the WOBM Christmas Classic, averaging 23.0 points per game as Toms River North went 2-1 and finished third. She had 21 points and 15 rebounds in a semifinal loss to Marlboro. Earlier this season, Paul became the program’s all-time leading scorer.

B North

Macy Brackett, Neptune

The lone veteran on a young Scarlet Fliers’ roster, the 5-8 junior forward averaged 16 points and 10 rebounds in a 2-1 showing by Neptune at the WOBM Christmas Classic. She has recorded three double-doubles in six games.

Meghan Murray, Red Bank

A force at both ends of the floor, Murray earned Second Team All-Tournament honors at the WOBM Christmas Classic based on her 22.6 points, 6.0 rebounds and 5.3 steals per game as the Bucs finished with a 2-1 showing.

Morgan Bartlett, Ocean

The senior forward deposited 23 points, including the 1,000th of her career, during a 54-37 win against Old Bridge in the consolation round of the Lady Wave Tournament. She is delivering 14.3 points, 3.4 rebounds and 2.4 steals per game for the Spartans.

B Central

Shannan Devlin, Keyport

The 5-8 senior guard averaged 14.5 points, seven rebounds and four steals as the Red Raiders topped Plainfield and Roselle Park to win the Roselle Park Tournament. Her play at both ends of the floor (16.6 ppg., 7.6 rpg., 5.2 spg.) has fueled Keyport to a 5-0 start.

Katie Zoda, Mater Dei

Already responsible for 23-pointers, the senior guard showed off her touch in the season-opener, draining eight en route to 28 points as the Seraphs kicked off the season with a 60-22 win against Henry Hudson. In three games at Score at the Shore, Zoda averaged 17.6 points.

B South

Jada Baker, Barnegat

The 5-9 senior forward cleared 44 rebounds over three games at the Lady Wave Tournament, ending the week with two consecutive double-doubles. She picked up 13 points, 15 rebounds and five assists in a loss to Long Branch and had 14 points and 18 boards to key a win over Old Bridge.

Jordyn Keating, Donovan Catholic

Keating scored a season-best 20 points in a 36-33 loss to Toms River East in the opening round of the WOBM Christmas Classic and scored at a 16.3 clip in three games, driving the Griffins to a 2-1 showing.

Hailey McGee, Jackson Liberty

The senior guard averaged 10.6 points, 6.0 rebounds and 2.3 steals in aiding the Lions to the Lady Wave Tournament title.

Destiny Adams, Manchester

Adams became just the second player in the 35-year history of the WOBM Christmas Classic to win back-to-back MVP honors. The 6-3 sophomore averaged 21.3 points, 11.0 rebounds and 3.6 assists in driving the Hawks to the tournament championship for a second straight season.
