Frankie Tagliaferri scored two goals and assisted two others as the Cougars (15-0-1) stormed out to a four-goal halftime lead en route to a win over the Mustangs (9-6-3).

Bridgette King and Kayla Lee each added a goal and an assist, while Amanda Visco and Tara Walenczyk each scored a goal.

Colts Neck will host No. 9 Toms River South Monday in the quarterfinals.

(2) Freehold Township 1, (15) Red Bank Catholic 0 (OT)

Senior Nicole Whitley scored the golden goal in the 87th minute and the Patriots (13-3-1) survived an overtime battle with the Caseys (10-7-2). Freehold Township moves on to Monday's SCT quarterfinals and will host No. 7 Shore.

(14) Jackson Memorial 0, (3) TR North 0 (Jackson Mem. advances on penalties, 4-3)

The Jaguars (11-6-1) pushed the Mariners (10-2-5) the full 100 minutes and emerged with a victory in a round of penalty kicks to eliminate Toms River North and advance to Monday's SCT quarterfinals at No. 6 Rumson-Fair Haven.

(4) Manalapan 5, (13) Howell 1

Arianna Ferraro scored two goals and also forced an own goal with a free kick into the box to help lead the Braves (12-2) past the rival Rebels (9-6) and into the SCT quarterfinals. Manalapan will host defending champion and No. 5 Wall on Monday.

Ferraro scored on a direct kick in the 31st minute to tie the game at 1 and later in the 62nd off a through ball from Ariella Kaplan to stretch the lead to 4-1. The Lousiville recruit drew a foul in the 54th minute and played the ensuing free kick toward the mouth of the goal, where it hit off a Howell defender and into the right corner of the goal.

Olivia Connors scored the go-ahead goal eight minutes into the second half by one-timing a cross from Mya Donnelly to the lower left of the goal from the top of the six-yard box. Donnelly later capped the scoring by hitting a back-heel shot out of the air on a cross from Erin Rotolo.

Howell opened the scoring on a 35-yard free kick by Rebecca Hamilton in the second minute of the game.

(5) Wall 1, (12) St. John Vianney 0

Lauren Karabin scored the game's lone goal in the 16th minute off a punt from goalkeeper Alex Panasuk and the Crimson Knights (13-4) edged the Lancers (12-5-1) to advance to Monday's quarterfinal against No. 4 Manalapan.

(6) Rumson-Fair Haven 2, (11) Toms River East 1

Grace Forsyth and Allie Geiger scored a goal apiece and the Bulldogs (14-2-1) pulled out a win over the Raiders (12-5-1) to advance to the SCT quarterfinals Monday against No. 14 Jackson Memorial.

Brielle Zagacki scored for Toms River East to help the Raiders get to halftime even at 1 with Rumson.

(7) Shore 2, (10) Point Boro 1 (OT)

Katie Stephens scored the golden goal in the 17th minute of overtime on a pass from Sophie Hauritz and the Blue Devils (14-3-1) topped the Panthers (14-2-1) to advance to the SCT quarterfinals Monday at No. 2 Freehold Township.

Stephens also assisted a goal by Devon McDonough that tied the game at 1 in the 24th minute. Devon Wondolowski scored to give Point Boro an early 1-0 lead.

(9) Toms River South 2, (8) Holmdel 1

Tori Babcock and Emily Donzanti each scored a first-half goal and the Indians (13-4) held on to knock off the Hornets (12-5) and advance to Monday's quarterfinal at top-seeded Colts Neck.
