We’re back with another edition of Shore Sports Network’s Top 10 Plays of the Week, highlighting the most dazzling and exciting moments from Shore Conference football action.

This week we take a look at the top clips from Week 9. We can’t be filming every game at once, so if you have a great clip on YouTube, Vimeo or some other service where it can be embedded, or if you have the raw video file, feel free to email me a link at badders@allshoremedia.com or tweet it to me at @Bob_Badders.

Here are some of the best plays from last week.

10. Full Extension

Rumson-Fair Haven's Trevor Caruso uses every inch of his frame to haul in a pass for a big gain in the Bulldogs' win over Carteret that clinched a playoff spot.

9. Friendly Bounce

This play could have been a disaster, but Point Boro quarterback James Fara gets a good bounce after a fumble and turns it into a big gain for a first down.

8. Just Lying Around

Great concentration by Manasquan's Damaso Jaime to make a catch on his back off a pass that was tipped by a RBC defender.

7. Nimble Naim

If there's a player with better balance in all of New Jersey I'd like to see some highlights. Manalapan's Naim Mayfield makes the incredible look routine.

6. Willie Whack's Him

It's rare to get a clean shot on Jackson Memorial's Mike Gawlik, but Brick Memorial defensive lineman Willie Garner bursts into the backfield and drops Gawlik with a thunderous hit.

5. Running Wild

Pinelands sophomore Evan Burton has had a big year for the Wildcats, and here he rips off an 85-yard touchdown run against Lakewood.

4. Mike Husni Does it Again

Toms River North's Mike Husni is a highlight waiting to happen, and plays like this great 30-yard touchdown run vs. Central illustrate why.

3. Mike Gawlik Can't Be Stopped

Speaking of Gawlik, he breaks a zillion tackles on this big run versus Brick Memorial and now leads the state in rushing with 1,803 yards.

2. Worthy of an Award

Freehold's Ashante Worthy makes crazy plays every week, and this is one of his best as he breaks tackles left and right on a 47-yard touchdown run vs. Long Branch.

1. Daaaaayyyyum Donte

This is amazing. Asbury Park's Donte Abrams breaks all the tackles on this touchdown reception. It's him somehow keeping his balance at the end to finish it off for the score that put him over the top.
