10. Evan to the End Zone

We start things off with Toms River East senior running back Evan Otten going 53 yards for a touchdown in the Raiders' 42-28 win over Manchester.

.

9. '57 Chevesse

Wall's running back Chevesse Covin turns on the afterburners for a 66-yard touchdown against Long Branch.

.

8. Speed Walker

Another long touchdown run comes courtesy of St. John Vianney senior running back Josiah Walker. Known more as a defensive player coming into the season, Walker has been a playmakers for the Lancers' offense so far this season. He pulls away from Brick's defense on this 60-yard TD run.

.

7. Mustangs' Walk-Off Winner

The play itself wasn't anything out of the ordinary, but when Blaine Netterman scored on this toss play it converted a 2-point conversion in double overtime to complete Brick Memorial's stunning and thrilling 22-21 comeback victory over Sayreville.

.

6. Jumping Jerry

Manchester's Jerry Ward recovers his own onside kick by diving head-long into a sea of Toms River East players. Talk about selling out to make a play.

.

5. Your Weekly Naim Mayfield Highlight

The numbers for Manalapan senior running back Naim Mayfield through four games are incredible: 920 yards rushing and 15 touchdowns on an average of 14.6 yards per carry. Leave it to Mayfield to out-do himself with this 94-yard touchdown run, the longest play from scrimmage in the Shore Conference this season.

4. Your Weekly Ashante Worthy Highlight

Freehold senior quarterback Ashante Worthy is another regular contributor to the Plays of the Week. Here he scrambles out of pressure and throws a dart to Jahvonte Hair for a 38-yard gain.

.

3. Alexander Schutzer Channels Randy Moss

Marlboro had a thrilling 20-14 overtime win over Colts Neck, and this catch by Mustangs wide out Alexander Schutzer with three minutes left in regulation pulled his team to within 14-13 and helped force overtime. Schutzer goes up and over the defender with a Randy Moss-like catch. With standout wide out Justin Marcus out with an injury the Mustangs needed someone to step up in the passing game, and Schutzer did just that.

2. Lucas Locomotive

The tackle-breaking skills of Rumson-Fair Haven senior running back Peter Lucas are starting to become legendary. He does it again by breaking through three Middletown South defenders at once on this phenomenal 63-yard touchdown run.

.

1. Bair Attack

Red Bank Catholic senior running back Zack Bair has put together an outstanding season thus far, but Friday's game against Colonia was the best of his career. He had a remarkable 246 all-purpose yards and four touchdowns on just five touches. Here are three of his plays from a sensational night that culminated with a 49-12 Caseys victory.
