Farrell Signs with Stonehill College

Tommy Farrell is joined by his parents Linda and Tom Farrell as well as Stonehill College coaches and staff members for his official signing.

Monsignor Donovan student-athlete Tommy Farrell has signed with Stonehill College in Easton, Massachusetts where he will continue his football and academic career.

Farrell earned All-County and All-Division honors last fall as a linebacker and offensive lineman for the Griffins, who won the Class B South title.

A co-captain with great leadership skills, he has been selected to play in this July’s U.S. Army All Shore Gridiron Classic at Toms River High School North.

Farrell said at the time of his signing “I wanted to play at the highest level possible and Stonehill being a Division 2 school gave me that opportunity as well as an academic scholarship, which was important to men.”

The Skyhawks were 5-5 last season and compete in the Northeast-10 conference.
