Senior Blake Czajkowski scored two late goals to put the game away and assisted the winner by senior Doug Jensen to lead the Golden Eagles to a season-opening win over the Raiders. Jensen also assisted Czajkowski's second goal after junior Shane Cranstoun set up his first.
Manasquan 2, Point Beach 0
Ed Franzonie opened the scoring and sophomore Juan Bautista scored his fist varsity goal as the Warriors topped the Garnet Gulls for their second straight win.
Southern 5, Manchester 0
Junior Kyle Montesano scored two of Southern's four second-half goals and the Rams rolled to a win over the Hawks. Senior Dylan Kanson assisted senior Sam Howard's goal to open the scoring and later scored off a pass from senior Andrew Torre. Justin Wildasen scored to cap the scoring.
