Jeremy Hoops scored two first-half goals and Matt Szyarto added a goal and two assists to lead the Rebels to a win over the Eagles that gives them a .500 record (5-5-2). Howell can clinch a Shore Conference Tournament berth with a win over Marlboro on Friday.

No. 7 CBA 5, Marlboro 0

Gianluca DiUbaldi scored two goals and added an assist to help the Colts roll to a win over the Mustangs. John Frycz, Matt Thorsheim and Tyler Vandermolen each added a goal for CBA.

No. 8 Freehold Twp. 2, No. 4 Colts Neck 1

Kyle Czajkowski scored in the 13th minute and Jason Czajkowski added a goal in the 27th and the Patriots held on to beat the Cougars to sweep the season series.

No. 5 Manalapan 2, Middletown North 1

Junior Ryan Hammer scored the golden goal in overtime and the Braves topped the Lions to remain in first place in Class A North. Manalapan can clinch an outright division title with a win against Colts Neck on Friday.

 

Class A Central

No. 1 Holmdel 3, St. John Vianney 1

Nick Zolofra broke open the scoring for Holmdel and Jack Flanagan and Jason Kyriacou added goals as the Hornets beat the Lancers to clinch at least a share of the Class A Central title for the fourth straight season. The loss also eliminates St. John Vianney from SCT contention.

No. 2 Rumson-Fair Haven 2, Monmouth 1

Junior Mike Slutz scored two goals and the Bulldogs moved within one win of the Class A Central co-championship by beating the Falcons. Ross Spadavecchia scored Monmouth's lone goal.

Raritan 1, Red Bank Catholic 0

Angelo Fontanazza finished a cross from Casey Tripolitis in the 71st minute to give the Rockets a win over the Caseys.

 

Class B North

Wall 5, Freehold 0

CBA transfer Joe Tashjy scored his first goal as a Crimson Knight and Chris Barcas had two goals and an assist to lead Wall to a win over the Colonials.

Neptune 2, Long Branch 0

Stevenly Joseph and Aquilas Dos Santos each scored a goal and the Scarlet Fliers beat the Green Wave, eliminating Long Branch from SCT contention.

No. 6 Ocean 1, Matawan 0

George Kavarakas scored with 30 seconds left in the second overtime period and the Spartans inched closer to their second straight Class B North title by beating the Huskies. Ocean can clinch the outright title with a win over Freehold and would clinch at least a tie for the title with a tie.
