Andrew Jozwicki scored the golden goal on a 30-yard strike in the 93rd minute off a pass from Joey Stoltenberg and the Jaguars edged the Eagles in the season opener between Class A North and A South sides.

Middletown South opened the scoring in the first half on a goal by sophomore Blake Finlayson off a free kick by Liam Davis before Jackson Memorial answered with a goal by sophomore Andrew Jenkins to tie the game at 1 heading into halftime.
