For the first time in nine years, the Wall boys soccer team is back in the Shore Conference final four.

Sophomore Dan Frisch-Harmon and senior Joe Tashjy scored within the first 15 minutes of play and the No. 4 seed Crimson Knights hung on to hand the No. 5 Shore its first loss against a Shore Conference team while also advancing to their first SCT semifinal since 2005.

Shore sophomore Dante Montesinos scored in the last minute of the first half to pull his team within 2-1 by halftime, but the Crimson Knights defense, with the help of a key save by Jack Wishart, held off the Blue Devils during the final 40 minutes.

Wall will play No. 25 St. John Vianney in the second semifinal Thursday night at Memorial Field in Neptune after the Lancers stunned No. 1 Toms River South on Tuesday afternoon in Toms River.
