The Christian Brothers Academy and Freehold boys soccer teams have been hard to beat lately, and when the two met at Christian Brothers Academy, neither team was ready to give up their unbeaten streak.

The Colonials and Colts battled to a scoreless draw Thursday, with CBA (8-3-1, 8-3-1) - the No. 7 team in the Shore Sports Network Top 10 - extending its unbeaten streak to seven games while Freehold ( 4-6-2, 4-6-1) stretched its run to four games without a loss following a 1-6-1 start.

CBA senior David Krall and Freehold junior Jesus Lopez each earned a shutout in goal.
