No. 1 CBA 66, Freehold Boro 23

Senior Jack Laffey scored 14 points and the Colts (14-4, 10-1) coasted to a win over the Colonials (4-13, 2-9). Junior Pat Andree added 13 and junior Jack McGuire and senior Derek Leohner each poured in 11 for CBA.

 

Class A South

Jackson Memorial 55, Lacey 46

Senior Jimmy Markham scored a game-high 25 points on seven three-pointers and junior Chris Hawryluk added 12 to lead the Jaguars (5-10, 4-7) to a win over the Lions (3-10, 2-7). Chris Iapicco led Lacey with 22 points and Conor Davies poured in 15 in the loss.

Toms River East 67, Brick 40

Junior Ryan West scored 24 points and the Raiders (7-8, 5-6) pulled away to beat the Green Dragons (2-14, 2-8) and move within one game of a .500 winning percentage. Carlos Lingat and Nat Amadeo each added eight points in the win.

 

Class B Central

Asbury Park 53, Ranney 43

Mater Dei Prep 47, Keansburg 21

Senior Tysaun White scored a game-high 12 points and the Seraphs (9-8, 8-3) pulled away to beat the Titans (0-16, 0-11). Mater Dei was playing its first game since word came down Tuesday that the school would be closing its doors at the end of the 2014-15 school year.

 

Class B South

Manchester 78, Donovan Catholic 60

Junior Shavar Reynolds scored a game-high 19 points to lead four Manchester players in double-figure scoring and the Hawks (11-4, 9-2) topped the Griffins (8-6, 5-5) for the second time this season. Sophomore L.J. Robinson poured in 17 points, while juniors Jordan Torney and Israel Almestica each scored 14 for Manchester.

Riley Collins led Donovan Catholic with 18 points, while Mike Boice added 16 points and James Fata chipped in 13 in the loss.

 

Non-Division

Neptune 50, Monmouth 39

Senior Micah Kerr scored 19 points to go with 11 rebounds and three steals to help lead the Scarlet Fliers (10-7) past the Falcons (0-17) for their seventh straight win. Barry Brown added 12 points for Neptune, while Matt Mooney led Monmouth with 16 points.

Barnegat 73, Ocean 61 (OT)

Senior Kyle Morris scored 22 points with seven three-pointers and the Bengals (7-8) rallied from a four-point deficit with a minute to go in the fourth quarter to send the game to overtime and beat the Spartans (5-10).

Freshman Mike Revello went 9-for-12 from the free-throw line in overtime to seal the win and finished with 12 points. DaShawn Anderson added 12 points while Xavier Young poured in 11 for Barnegat.

Junior Scott Bradley led Ocean with 22 points and senior Taj Shomo scored 21 in the loss.

Raritan 79, Central Jersey College Prep Charter 23

Zach Mojica scored 13 points while Ed Tynion and Mason Sheehan added 10 each as the Rockets (9-9) stormed to a win over Central Jersey Prep.
