Sophomore Mike Nyisztor hit 3-pointers on consecutive possessions in the final 2:30 and to give the Mariners a five-point lead and Toms River North held on to beat the Caseys and win its second WOBM Classic championship in three years.
Nyisztor and junior Pat Marinaccio each finished with a game-high 16 points to led Toms River North. Marinaccio buried a three to give Toms River North a 42-40 lead with 3:30 left and knocked down another three on the next Mariners possession to push the lead to 45-40 with 2:55 left.
Marinaccio keyed a 7-2 run with a floater in the lane and a wing 3-pointer to put Toms River North ahead 39-32 early in the third. Red Bank Catholic answered with the next eight points, with junior Eddie Hahn scoring five points during the run and Liam Byrne knocking down a three as well.
Hahn and Evan Madigan each finished with 11 points to lead Red Bank Catholic.

(3) Freehold Twp. 74, (9) Toms River South 60
Senior Jason Czajkowski scored 27 points to go with 10 rebounds and the Patriots took down the Indians in the WOBM Consolation game. Senior Danny Saunders added 16 points and five rebounds, while Jason Czajkowski chipped in 11 points, five rebounds and five steals. Junior C.J. Stenftennagel also pitched in 11 points and five assists in the win.
Senior Tymere Berry scored 24 points to lead Toms River South, the only Indian to score in double-figures.

Championship
(2) Southern 69, (8) St. John Vianney 53
Tournament MVP Jake Logue scored 25 points on 10-for-13 shooting to go with 12 rebounds and five assists, leading the Rams to a win over the Lancers to capture their first Score at the Shore title in the fourth year of the tournament. Junior Peyton Wejnert also poured in 25 points and grabbed 15 rebounds in the win, while junior Ethan DuBois added 13 points and seven assists.
Junior Grant Goode led St. John Vianney with 26 points and 13 rebounds while junior Zach Howarth aded 17 points in defeat.
Fifth-Place Game
(3) Wall 65, (1) Pemberton 63
Senior Brendan Barcas converted a driving lay-up with one second left on the clock and the Crimson Knights closed their Score at the Shore stay with a win over the top-seeded Hornets. Senior Ryan Janeczek scored a game-high 25 points and senior Trent Mitchell added 15 in the win.
Seventh Place Game
(4) Howell 50, (10) ACIT 49 (OT)
Senior Gino Palummo scored 15 points and Greg McManus scored eight of his 10 points in overtime to help the Rebels hold off Atlantic Tech. McManus also added eight rebounds, while Will Kocsis chipped in 10 points, eight rebounds and four steals. Matt Morton also added 10 points for Howell, which let a 16-point lead slip away in regulation before pulling the win out in overtime.

(3) Red Bank 59, (1) St. Joseph's Metuchen 54 (OT)
Sadiq Palmer scored Red Bank's first seven points in overtime and the Bucs beat the defending Tournament of Champions champs to capture their first Buc Classic title since 2007. Plmer finished with a team-high 15 points and earned tournament MVP honors.
Eddie Hendrex added 13 points off the bench and Anthony Mitchell chipped in 11 points. Branislav Vujadinovic led St. Joseph's with a game-high 26 points.
Third-Place Game
(2) Shore 65, (5) Middletown North 42
Senior Dan Largey scored 24 points and Kevin Bloodgood added 14 as the Blue Devils rolled to a win over the Lions to finish third at the Buc Holiday Classic. Senior Dylan Frawley led Middletown North with 10 points.

(4) Woodbridge 54, (6) Freehold 40
Josh Dixon scored 18 points, but the Barons topped the Colonials in a Buc Classic consolation game.

Junior Chris Coberg scored 17 points to go with 10 rebounds and the Admirals beat the Rams in the South Amboy championship. Kyle Rauen led Henry Hudson with 18 points and both Rauen and Coberg were named to the all-tournament team.
