Rumson-Fair Haven 3, Raritan 1

Paul Criscitiello scored two goals and assisted a goal by Danny Susser to lead the Bulldogs (2-5-1, 2-2-1) to a win over the Rockets (2-5-1, 0-5-0).

Louis DiLaurenzio scored Raritan's goal in the 46th minute off a feed from Ryan Casciani.

Monmouth 1, Holmdel 0

Erick Caban headed in a free kick by Kyle Wire in the 61st minute and senior goalkeeper Matt Vincenti spearheaded a shutout effort as the Falcons (6-3, 3-2) upended the Hornets (3-4, 3-2). Vincenti saved a shot to the upper right corner of the frame by Eric D'Aleo in the 79th minute to preserve the lead.

 

Class A South

No. 3 Toms River North 2, Southern 0

Ryan Cheslock scored on a shot from long range and set up a Mitch Reed goal on a head ball to lead the Mariners (7-1, 6-0) to a win over the Rams (3-5, 1-5). With the win, Toms River North moves into sole possession of first place in Class A South with an unbeaten record, which it will put to the test Tuesday against Toms River South.

Toms River East 3, Brick 0

Josh Sommerer assisted the game's first goal by Alessio Rea in the 30th minute and capped the scoring with a goal in the 67th to help lead the Raiders (3-4, 3-3) to a win over the Green Dragons (1-7, 0-7). Chris Varga also scored a goal in the 64th and assisted Sommerer's goal in the win.

No. 9 Brick Memorial 1, Jackson Memorial 0 (OT)

Bryan Malerba scored on a pass from Kevin Simek in the third minute of overtime and the Mustangs (5-2-1, 3-2-1) outlasted the Jaguars (4-5-1, 2-4-0), who dropped their third straight game within Class A South.

 

Class B North

No. 10 Colts Neck 3, No. 6 Ocean 1

Louis Reale scored in the eighth minute and Taylor Demick scored the winning goal on a quick restart from 20 yards out in the 36th as the Cougars (5-3, 4-2) handed the Spartans (3-5, 3-2) their third straight loss. Kevin Murch tacked on an insurance goal in the 77th after Ocean's Braylin Estrella scored off a Marlhens Nasanes assist to cut the lead to 2-1 in the 70th.

 

Class B Central

No. 4 Shore 4, St. Rose 0

Sophomore Dante Montesinos scored two goals and assisted another to lead the Blue Devils (8-1, 6-0) over the Purple Roses (5-3, 5-1) for their seventh straight Shore Conference win to begin the season. Montesinos set up J.T. Kessler's goal to open the scoring in the 6th minute with a through-ball and volleyed home a pass from Marcelo Armondes in the ninth.

Sophomore Stevie Johnson buried a shot from 10 yards out in the 47th minute off a set-up by Lucas Bongarzone and Montesinos capped the scoring with a high shot over goalkeeper Kellen Jordan after Johnson put him through with a well-timed pass.

 

Non-Division

Matawan 2, Long Branch 1

Keleb Mehari opened the scoring and Bronson Dhume scored the winning goal in the 34th minute and the Huskies (6-1) held off the Green Wave (6-3) for their fifth straight win. Denir Radoncic assisted Mehari's goal in the 21st minute and Alex Cella set up Dhume's goal with the assist.

Manny Camacho scored the Long Branch equalizer in the 32nd minute.

Marlboro 3, Red Bank Catholic 0

Bryan DaSilva recorded a first-half hat trick and that was all the Mustangs (5-2) would need in a shutout win over the Caseys (1-6), Marlboro's third straight victory.

No. 8 Wall 3, Manasquan 2 (OT)

Brendan Barcas scored the golden goal in overtime and the Crimson Knights (6-2) survived a Warriors (5-4-1) comeback and win their fourth straight game. Ed Franzonie scored the Manasquan equalizer in the 76th minute to even the score at 2.
