Seniors Mike Alescio and Al Molina each had a triple and three hits and sophomore John Poccia earned the win in his first career start as the Caseys (11-4, 9-3) topped the Warriors (4-9, 4-7). Alescio was 3-for-3 with three RBI and Molina finished 3-for-4 with three runs scored and an RBI for the Caseys.

Senior Matt Kurdewan also went 3-for-4 with two doubles and two RBI in the win. Poccia allowed a run on six hits and one walk while striking out two in four innings of work.

Tanner Cowley went 3-for-4 with an RBI for Manasquan while Tommy Toole and Matt Paturzo each went 2-for-3, with Paturzo adding a double.

Shore 9, Raritan 2

Andrew Schulz went 3-for-5 with two doubles, a triple and two RBI at the plate and also improved to 4-1 on the mound with a complete-game effort to lead the Blue Devils (8-6, 6-5) to a win over the Rockets (3-9, 1-9). Clayton Coffey also added a double for Shore.

Jon Rodriguez tripled and Nick Glesnor doubled for Raritan.
