The Caseys plated three runs in the third inning on an error, a sacrifice fly by Mike Veit and a wild pitch, which was more than enough for senior starter Justin Liggett to pitch RBC past the Falcons and into Saturday's MCT quarterfinals. The Caseys will host the winner of Saturday morning's game between No. 23 Holmdel and No. 7 Ocean.

Ben Porpora ripped a game-winning, walk-off single to the left-center gap to score pinch-runner Jeff Lewandowski from second in the bottom of the eigth and the Eagles topped the Lions in an extra-inning thriller for their eighth consecutive win..
Middletown South starting pitcher Austin Markmann tied the game in the bottom of the seventh with a two-out, RBI single through the right side to scored Tom Frandsen from second.
Zach Schild led off the bottom of the eighth with a double to right and gave way to Lewandowski.
Middletown North scored its first run on two-out passed ball in the fifth and two-out error with the bases loaded in the sixth that scored two runs. Middletown South opened the scoring in the first when Markmann tripled and a two-out single through the middle by Porpora scored the courtesy runner Lewandowski.

Wall tied the game with two runs in the top of the seventh inning on an RBI single by Joe Castellucia after an RBI double by Regan Dombroski cut the deficit to 3-2.

No. 4 Point Boro 7, Lakewood 6
Josiah Gliddon hit a two-run walk-off home run in the bottom of the seventh inning and the Panthers beat the Piners to clinch the outright Class B South championship for the first time since 2006.
Lakewood took the lead on a two-out error in the top of the seventh that scored the tying a go-ahead run. Point Boro responded in the bottom of the inning when Sebastian Severio (2-for-4) hit a one-out single and Gliddon smashed the division-clinching longball.
Mike Falconetti picked up the win despite giving up the lead in the seventh and also went 2-for-4 with two RBI at the plate for Point Boro. Sam Monaco was 1-for-4 with an RBI and a run scored and Justin Rafi also scored a run and knocked one in during a 1-for-2 day at the plate.
Ramon Mercedes led Lakewood's offense by going 4-for-4 with a triple, three runs scored and two RBI. Alex Guzman and Hector Rodriguez each went 2-for-3, while Jason Holguin was 3-for-5 with a double.
